The office team

It’s all very well to have great people delivering your training, but it also helps to have brilliant folk back at base!

We may not be the largest team in the world, but we don’t let that stop us from helping clients get exactly what they want with the minimum amount of fuss.

Keeping small has another advantage. We can’t promise you’ll speak to the same person each time you call, but we can guarantee that whoever answers will be friendly, professional and know everything about your programme!

Amanda Waterton who is our ‘go to’ person when it comes to anything apprenticeship related

Amanda Waterton

Amanda is our ‘go to’ person when it comes to anything apprenticeship related. She is passionate about life-long learning but, somehow, has found herself in the position of being a particular expert when it comes to data, funding and compliance. An interesting swerve for someone who wanted to either be a dancer or work with horses when she was growing up! Amanda was once described as the only person who could make data sound interesting – and that is what she always tries to do. Our learners are central to everything we do here at Azesta, and our coaches are the face of the organisation - while Amanda quietly works away in the engine room guiding the team so that what we do is not only excellent in terms of experiential learning but also fully compliant with the complex – and ever changing – rules and requirements of our apprenticeship programmes.
