We believe in lifelong learning and provide apprenticeships in Leadership and Management that incorporate experiential workshops, e-learning, coaching, virtual workshops, case studies and simulations. Even better, these fabulous programmes are levy funded!
We enjoy developing our Leadership and Management apprentices through interactive and experiential training sessions using case studies, business simulations and experiential problem-solving exercises. We make use of interactive experiential tools, break-out activities, quizzes and more to make sure that our sessions are as engaging as possible and are delivered by dynamic and fantastic facilitators.
We also have the option to deliver completely digitally through multiple platforms to suit individual businesses.
We have always supported our learners individually with regular coaching and with our tailored Azesta Learning online platform packed with content and e-learning, and this continues to be part of the experience.
As well as being engaging and experiential, our results are great. So far, 100% of our apprentices have passed their EPA with 60% of them achieving a DISTINCTION and 98% of them achieving a MERIT or DISTINCTION!

Apprentices are enthusiastic advocates of the distinctive and innovative experiential learning approach that underpins their apprenticeship. They benefit greatly from the growth mindset approach to learning and high-quality teaching methods used by their course facilitators. As a result, they are highly motivated & engaged in their learning.
Azesta Ofsted Report 2020
Leaders collaborate closely with employers to devise an ambitious, imaginative and effective curriculum that successfully prepares apprentices for employment. Facilitators use examples and case studies from a broad range of settings to challenge apprentices to think about circumstances beyond their immediate experience. This prepares apprentices very well for the next steps in their careers at their current employer or elsewhere.
