Our Team
Shirley
Shirley's passion for experiential learning began at school, where hands-on experiences sparked a lifelong belief that people learn best by doing. After gaining a TEFL qualification, travelling extensively, and completing a Degree in Education and a Postgraduate Diploma in Learning and Organisational Development, she went on to lead Azesta for over 27 years.
Today, Shirley designs and delivers leadership, management, team development, coaching, and organisational development programmes for leading organisations. Known for her warm, energetic, and engaging style, she builds strong relationships and helps individuals and teams achieve lasting results.
Outside of work, Shirley enjoys time with her family, live music, theatre, festivals, paddleboarding, walking, camping, and the occasional Aperol Spritz with friends.

Our Office Team is the engine that keeps Azesta running smoothly. Rachel and Chloe work behind the scenes to coordinate programmes, prepare resources, manage logistics, support our marketing, and ensure every client and facilitator has a seamless experience. With a shared passion for organisation, creativity, and exceptional service, they bring enthusiasm, attention to detail, and a genuine commitment to making every Azesta programme a success.
