Shirley
Shirley's passion for experiential learning began at school, where hands-on experiences sparked a lifelong belief that people learn best by doing. After gaining a TEFL qualification, travelling extensively, and completing a Degree in Education and a Postgraduate Diploma in Learning and Organisational Development, she went on to lead Azesta for over 27 years.
Today, Shirley designs and delivers leadership, management, team development, coaching, and organisational development programmes for leading organisations. Known for her warm, energetic, and engaging style, she builds strong relationships and helps individuals and teams achieve lasting results.
Outside of work, Shirley enjoys time with her family, live music, theatre, festivals, paddleboarding, walking, camping, and the occasional Aperol Spritz with friends.

Rachel and Chloe
Our office team is the engine that keeps Azesta running smoothly. Rachel and Chloe work behind the scenes to coordinate programmes, prepare resources, manage logistics, support our marketing, and ensure every client and facilitator has a seamless experience. With a shared passion for organisation, creativity, and exceptional service, they bring enthusiasm, attention to detail, and a genuine commitment to making every Azesta programme a success.

Amanda is our compliance and learner know-it-all! She keeps everything running smoothly behind the scenes, supporting our learners and coaches while keeping a close eye on our learning platforms and processes. Knowledgeable, organised and always ready to help, Amanda is the person you can turn to when you need to know how, why or what next!

As an experienced facilitator and coach, she supports our learners throughout their journey while delivering engaging, practical face-to-face workshops. Warm, knowledgeable and always ready to share her expertise, Judith helps our learners turn learning into real-world action.

She holds extensive experience working with individual leadership and senior leadership teams to enhance their strengths. With over 30 years experience in occupational psychology, Kelcey specialises in the design and delivery of practical solutions to meet the needs of the individual, team and business. She focuses on practical application, building strong, long-term relationships and providing ongoing support. Kelcey works collaboratively with her clients to understand their challenges and deliver tailored solutions to achieve meaningful, sustainable outcomes.

Angela has over 20 years experience in senior HR roles. She combines experience of improving organisational performance, with the ability to design and deliver tailored development solutions. Working at organisation, team or individual level she has worked with senior, middle and first line managers to support sustained behavioural change. She focuses on leadership, talent and management development; personal impact; high performance teamwork; and the leadership of change.
