The session will be based around a deck of “Crafting Cards”, which have been specially designed to spark meaningful conversations about work and careers. The cards are a simple and fun way to structure individual reflection, 1:1s and individual or team coaching, in order to help people personalise their work.

The Crafting Cards are perfect for trainers, facilitators, L&D specialists and coaches. You don't need to own the cards in order to apply the principles of job crafting in your practice, however the cards will be available to purchase in the session at a discounted price.
