About Suzanne Silver …

Suzanne has over 30 years of experience working in the UK and Asia specialising in Executive coaching, leadership and team development, and behavioural change.

Having worked across several industries, a major focus for Suzanne has been on coaching leaders through transformational change and organisational challenges. This is done through cultivating a deeper self-awareness of individual strengths and resourcefulness in the face of change, aiding clients in further developing self-confidence, resilience, and improved leadership skills.

Suzanne is a certified Executive Coach and is a member of ICF, EMCC, and the Asia Pacific Association of Coaches. Her qualification in Social Work, specialising in psychology and human development, forms the foundations for her approach.
