The NLP Masterclass will be a practical, engaging session for coaches who want to sharpen their thinking and increase their impact in real coaching conversations. We will start with a short, clear introduction to NLP to ground the key ideas, then move quickly into three practical approaches you can use straight away in your work. The focus will be on what actually happens between coach and client in the moment, helping you understand how clients construct their reality and how your language can either reinforce or shift it. Using simple but powerful tools such as chunking, logical levels and the Meta Model, you will learn how to listen more precisely, ask sharper questions and work more effectively with a client’s “map of the world”. It will be highly experiential, with plenty of practice, and designed to help you understand how NLP can be applied in coaching.
