The Insights Discovery tool is designed to help people understand themselves and others, and to make the most of their relationships within the workplace. The methodology uses a simple four-colour model to help people understand their style, their strengths and the value they bring to the team.

Our package provides you with an Insights Discovery Profile, an e-learning module and a 60-minute debrief session with Suzanne Shaw, a qualified Insights Practitioner. This will help you fully understand your profile and how you can use it in increasing your self-awareness and helping you to really understand others. About Suzanne Shaw …

Suzanne’s passion for Learning & Development was sparked early in her career. After leaving the NHS and joining the pharmaceutical industry, she was exposed to a variety of learning and development activities and began her own personal development journey, going on to study NeuroLinguistic Programming and Performance Coaching.

Her interests and specialities lie within personal development, management and leadership development, team effectiveness and coaching. She has a passion for working with the behavioural tool Insights Discovery becoming a Licensed Practitioner, as well as being a practitioner in Liberating Leadership and a Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.
