Meet Carl – Champion of Learners, Master of Connections and Cracker Joke Connoisseur

Since joining Azesta in April 2024, Carl has quickly become a cornerstone of both our experiential learning delivery and apprenticeship support systems. Known for his energy, strategic mind, and unwavering dependability, Carl brings a unique mix of humour, heart and high standards to everything he does.

Carl wears two hats with equal flair: he’s a much-loved workshop facilitator specialising in teamwork, change and leadership, and he’s also playing a vital behind-the-scenes role overseeing apprenticeship progress and performance. His dual perspective means he’s always thinking about how learning feels in the moment and how it sustains over time.

Clients and learners constantly feed back on Carl’s collaborative style, his passion for streamlined processes, and his talent for making even complex challenges feel solvable. He doesn’t just deliver training, he builds genuine relationships, champions learner success and brings people together with intention and ease.
