Amanda – The Tenacious Force Behind Our Apprenticeship Compliance Success

Since joining Azesta in January 2024, Amanda has been the driving force behind our continued excellence in apprenticeship compliance and quality assurance. With a wealth of experience in the adult learning sector, she’s not only kept us on track—she’s helped raise the bar.

Amanda’s title might be Apprenticeship Compliance Manager, but she’s far more than a job role. She’s an integral part of the team, known for her tenacity, compassion and unwavering eye for detail. She ensures our apprenticeship systems are robust, responsive and above all - compliant.

Thanks to Amanda’s expert grasp of funding rules, her deep understanding of audit requirements and her organised, analytical approach, we were well-prepared for our recent Ofsted visit, which resulted in fantastic feedback. With Amanda steering us through policy, paperwork and process reviews, we feel confident, clear, and future-ready.

But it’s not just about compliance. Amanda brings heart. She’s down-to-earth, solutions-focused and completely committed to the continuous improvement of our apprenticeship delivery. Her work doesn’t just tick boxes, it improves outcomes for learners, partners, and coaches.

A few reasons we’re lucky to have her:

  • Fiercely detail-oriented and always ahead of the curve.

  • Keeps us on track with changing ESFA funding guidance.

  • Analytical yet compassionate, Amanda balances rigour with warmth.

  • Dog mum to Rosie and Henry - and a horse lover too!

  • A champion of seeing projects through, no matter how complex.

Amanda keeps Azesta “right.” Whether it’s an audit on the horizon, a new regulation being introduced or a new system being trialled, Amanda’s tenacious, honest and deeply dependable approach ensures we don’t just stay compliant, we lead with confidence.

Thank you, Amanda, for your calm brilliance and tireless contribution. You are invaluable to the team.
