Participants new to a team often comment that it would have taken them months in the normal working environment to get to the point they can get to within a day or two!
Before we even begin, we’ll really get to understand the team so we can work out exactly what they need.
We might decide to carry out a team diagnostic or use profiling to find out more about the current situation or individuals involved – and we’ll certainly get them to experience working effectively together towards clear objectives using compelling problem-solving tasks and perhaps by incorporating outdoor exercises!
We often also work together to clarify team vision, purpose and specific objectives or to create a project plan together.
