We believe in lifelong learning and provide apprenticeships in Leadership and Management that incorporate experiential workshops, e-learning, coaching, virtual workshops, case studies, simulations and drama-based approaches. Even better, these fabulous programmes are levy funded!

We are currently enjoying continuing to develop our ‘Leadership and Management apprentices’ through interactive and experiential training sessions; using case studies, business simulations and experiential problem-solving exercises. We use interactive experiential tools, break out exercises, quizzes, polls and more to make sure that our sessions are as engaging as possible and are delivered by dynamic and fantastic facilitators. We have the option to deliver completely digitally through multiple platforms to suit individual businesses. Depending on circumstances, we can easily arrange to use digital methods or our much loved face-to-face experiential workshops to continue to deliver in the way that suits your business!

We have had great feedback from the learners involved in sessions so far, with one of the most frequent comments being how engaged they are and how they never knew what was possible on-line having attended plenty of boring webinars.

We have always supported our learners individually with regular coaching and with ILM’s online Get to Gateway platform packed with content, e-learning and videos and this continues to be part of the experience. 

As well as being engaging and experiential, our results are great. So far, 100% of our apprentices have passed their EPA with 60% of them achieving a DISTINCTION and 98% of them achieving a MERIT or DISTINCTION!

Enrolling managers on apprenticeships could give them a real sense of purpose and focus, help them to remain in the best possible mindset to deal with the challenges to come and improve their skills ready for future challenges.

Women in Leadership

Apprentices are enthusiastic advocates of the distinctive and innovative experiential learning approach that underpins their apprenticeship. Azesta offer a friendly and fun way of learning which has real application in the workplace. The tutors offer genuine expertise and tailor the course to suit each individual. Impartial support & guidance is given throughout the duration of the entire course.

Luke, Level 5 Clipper Learner

Leaders collaborate closely with employers to devise an ambitious, imaginative and effective curriculum that successfully prepares apprentices for employment. Facilitators use examples and case studies from a broad range of settings to challenge apprentices to think about circumstances beyond their immediate experience. This prepares apprentices very well for the next steps in their careers at their current employer or elsewhere.
