A blended approach to development.

Coaching is a partnership between coach and client. The coach helps the client to achieve their personal best and to produce the results they want in their personal and professional lives. Coaching can be an extremely effective way of bringing about personal and professional change leading to greater self-awareness, motivation and confidence in the workplace.

We often incorporate a coaching element into our programmes as a way of really inspiring people to challenge their perceptions and ways of working and helping them to integrate learning into their daily working lives.

Our coaching approach actively encourages people to look at the challenges they face from different perspectives. In this way, we encourage learners to question how they usually tackle a problem and to innovate and test out more effective approaches at work.

We also use action-learning sets and one-to-one coaching as a follow-up to leadership programmes to support learners in their ongoing development long after their workshops are completed.
