Larry has over eighteen years experience of bringing about lasting change with both individuals and teams. Combining a friendly, down-to-earth manner with an infectious passion for learning, Larry believes in engaging people fully in their own development. His is training at its most active. Participation is key throughout his courses creating programmes that are memorable, focused and fun.

In a previous life, Larry was a teacher, the director of an educational trust and head of training for an international development organisation. He is the author of a number of books including Total Quality Management, The Trust Effect, Business Focused Training, The Twenty First Century Leader and The Trainer’s Toolkit. He is also a fully qualified Master Practitioner of NLP.
