Jo is a lively facilitator and has worked with teams and individuals across private, public sector, utility and University sectors for over 15 years.

It's all about the individual learning experience for Jo, believing that a mix of challenge, support and fun can help every learner experiment, step out of their comfort zone and discover something new about themselves.

Passionate about experiential learning, Jo uses both indoor and outdoor activities (whatever the weather!) to engage, enlighten and to allow opportunity for those all important lightbulb moments.

gerry nowicki

gerry nowicki

Whether you are addressing a conference or meeting, presenting to clients, networking or winning business at trade fairs, Gerry will help you to increase the chances of gaining maximum value from every interaction.

We all have the capability to present and network effectively: we each posses the required tools; we each have our natural style. Many of us have blocks, psychological and physical, that prevent us from communicating as effectively as we are able.

Gerry can... help you eradicate any blocks that might be impeding you from releasing your personality and voice; reveal and develop your style; help you crystallise your offer; enable you to communicate with more confidence and clarity. He won’t dazzle (and perhaps dishearten) you with demonstrations of slick, virtuoso, presentations; he won’t seek your applause; nor will he impose techniques and styles that might feel artificial or alien. He draws on his experience of working in Theatre and Business; applying his knowledge and energy to help clients make a meaningful, significant and sustainable difference to themselves, their organisation and audience. He does this in a way that is active, insightful, fresh and enjoyable.
