Graduates are great to work with. They respond with enthusiasm to our approach to learning and development which is in stark contrast with ways they have learnt at university. Our programmes are characterized by a deep understanding of the organisation they are working for and of course informality, interaction and fun. we help graduates to develop the skills they need for going into management positions within large organisations. We blend team and self-awareness exercises with projects and exercises all set within their particular business context. We have recently worked with graduates from Morrisons and Northern Foods.
