Facilitator development

We love working with facilitators on their professional development, helping them to keep their skills fresh, suggesting new approaches to the challenges they face and re-energising them with a passion for training and development.

Our programmes give facilitators a chance to think about different ways to really connect with participants – and give them plenty of opportunity to have a go at implementing new ideas. Think lively, active programmes with a twist of originality and creativity. Our particular areas of expertise are active reviewing techniques, accelerated learning, facilitating feedback and using activities to anchor learning.

As part of this passion for continuous professional development, Shirley also organises quarterly meetings for Yorkshire based trainers and facilitators. These are run on a non-profit basis on behalf of Training Journal online and give us a chance to share ideas and best practice with the most creative and effective trainers in the region!

Once a month Shirley runs open workshops to teach you how to use your Metalog training tools, this is a great opportunity to find out her secrets for success, network with other trainers and develop your own knowledge and understanding of experiential methods.
