We like to keep up to date with the funding available to help people develop their skills and become more enthusiastic, engaged and effective!

Leadership and management funding

In Yorkshire and The Humber there is currently a special Train to Gain fund for key senior leaders in organisations with between 5 and 250 employees. Many directors and senior partners are using this to fully fund a special open programme designed by us just for them. Memorable and inspiring, it is based on the Leadership Challenge by Kouzes and Posner.

The enhancement fund

The enhancement fund can provide up to 60% funding for organisations of any size to develop their staff. Clients have successfully accessed this for a variety of team development and leadership programmes.
