Coaching can be an extremely effective way of bringing about personal and professional change leading to greater self-awareness, motivation and confidence in the workplace.

We often incorporate a coaching element into our programmes as a way of really inspiring people to challenge their perceptions and ways of working. Our main coach is Julie Kay whose incisive approach actively encourages people look at the challenges they face from a very different perspective. In this way, they are encouraged to question how they usually tackle them and new approaches can then be explored through experiential activities.

We also use group and one-to-one coaching as a follow-up to leadership programmes and to support managers in their on-going development.
