Our business simulations are as active – and fun! – as all our other exercises. There is no sitting at a computer inputting data – the facilitator does that! Instead, participants often have to develop a business from scratch, order making strategic decisions against the clock! As they work, such skills as leadership, conflict management and influencing can be actively explored. Simulations are often a great way of drawing together learning from a modular management development programme and enabling people to apply skills gained in a virtual environment before the real world.
